  I went in there today and I found the man who served me very patronising. He talked to me like I was a child. How do I make a complaint regarding the treatment I recieved?

  Everytime I go in to post a parcel, I always feel welcomed and the staff are so friendly! There's never a long queue and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

  I wanted to put money into my account (£31.45), - told the man working there that this is what I wanted to do, instead I gave him the money and have now been charged £31.45 on my account. I don't understand what was so hard about this becuase I wouldn't give someone money to then have it taken out of my account. I now have to go tomorrow when I should be in uni to resolve this because I am away during the weekend. Very poor today, I don't like losing money because of my OCD and this has stressed me out a bit because I no longer have the receipt anywhere...

  This post office is on the same road as the former one however it is now situated in a different building and under completely new management (it's unfortunate that google didn't allow this Post Office to begin with a fresh review profile, rather than inheriting all the old locations negative reviews). Although it is small, the improved services are very noticeable here. The staff are polite, professional and courteous. A great addition to the community. Thank you!
